A working model of the WWF freight transport study and results.

The rollout of government’s Climate Change White Paper. To drive emissions reductions, government plans to set “Desired Emission Reduction Outcomes” for the transport sector, and is considering a “mix of measures” to enable achievement of these.

The model attempts to represent the decision about mode choice made by logistics suppliers, operators and cargo owners, and how these might respond to a range of measures.
